MarShield's Warranty - Lead Apron

MarShield™ warrants all lead x-ray protection aprons from material defects and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Goods shall be return shipped prepaid by the claimant to MarShield™ Products. Should the warranty be approved, marshield shall reimburse the claimant in full for shipping expenses and return ship the goods prepaid. Returned goods will not be accepted at MarShield™ without prior authorization. Any missing or unrecognizable date of sale tags will result in rejection of the claim. Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident or neglect. Transfer of title of goods voids this warranty. MarShield™ reserves the right to repair or replace goods at it's discretion. This warranty is not fully applicable to customers outside the United States and Canada.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are excepted within 7 days of receipt of the goods. A 25% restocking charge or $25 (whichever is larger) will apply. A MarShield™ credit on account shall be issued or replacement goods shall be shipped. No cash refunds. Return and replacement freight and brokerage costs are the responsibility of the returning party. Freight collect shipments will be refused. All returns must be authorized by MarShield™ and are subject to inspection for damages or wear. Returns and exchanges on custom aprons, blankets or curtains, including custom colours are not permitted.

Environmentally Friendly Disposal of Used Aprons

MarShield™ will accept and dispose of, at no cost, one MarShield™ manufactured lead apron for every new MarShield™ apron purchased. Due to new regulations and safety concerns each apron returned must have the outer material stripped of its fabric before shipping to MarShield™

Should the returning apron not be manufactured by MarShield™ a $20 charge will apply. In either case a new apron must be purchased for every returned apron.
